The team’s goal is to ensure a sound SAP design that meets business needs, a smooth build and test phase and ultimately delivering a common platform to drive our business forward.
What does Eilidh like best about her job?
“The people,” attests Eilidh. “I have worked here for almost 20 years, and it’s the people who keep me here. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with many talented and dedicated individuals, as well as travel the world with our company and be introduced to new cultures and ways of working. It’s an incredible company because of the people who are here.”
She also loves the technical challenges of her job and “working hard to resolve those issues and seeing the results.”
Explains Eilidh, “My approach is checklists. Ticking each task off is very satisfying, especially when that list gets long!”
How does Eilidh know she has succeeded?
“I think if you are happy with your life and feel content with what you have done, you have succeeded. I am ambitious and want to go further in my work life, which means I have not reached the level of contentment I need... yet.”
