Bill Beck serves as Chief Growth Officer of the Tools & Outdoor division. He joined the Company in March 2024 and is responsible for market leadership and strategic growth across our brand portfolio, positioning our brands and building market-back product strategies.
Bill brings more than twenty years of leadership in product management and brand marketing to the Company. Before Stanley Black & Decker, Bill was Chief Marketing Officer at Elevance Health and led the strategic pivot of Anthem to Elevance Health, executing a multiyear transition and streamlining go-to-market brand architecture to drive deeper product and brand focus for the organization.
In addition, Bill spent nearly a decade at Whirlpool Corporation, overseeing the organization’s North American kitchen business and brand marketing. He also served as chair of the Whirlpool global brand council, leading the development and implementation of brand strategy for a newly acquired international brands. Bill also served in various sales and marketing roles over eleven years with Pepperidge Farm, where he began his career.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in business from New York University.
