Rhonda Gass is Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Stanley Black & Decker. As CIO, Rhonda is driving a strategic agenda that will equip the company’s businesses with the digital, data and collaboration capabilities required to win and grow in the global marketplace. She also leads cybersecurity and digital risk management for all technologies across the company.
Prior to Stanley Black & Decker, Rhonda was a Vice President at Dell, where she served for over a decade in positions of increasing scope and responsibility. This includes as General Manager for a product line as well as positions leading multiple areas in the IT function. Prior to Dell, Rhonda was with NCR Corporation, where she began as a software engineer and progressed to executive leadership roles.
Rhonda is on the Board of Directors for Flowers Foods, where she serves on both the Finance and Audit committees. Additionally, she is on the Technology Business Management Council; serves on the HCL Customer Advisory Board; and is a member of the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation Information Systems Management Council. Rhonda holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an MBA from the University of South Carolina, where she graduated magna cum laude.
