Deborah Wintner is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Stanley Black & Decker, where she oversees global human capital strategies and operations, including talent attraction, development, labor relations, compensation and benefits, engagement and communications with a focus on people and culture.  

Deborah has more than 30 years of HR experience, serving the last six years in various senior leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, including Senior Vice President of HR Operations, CHRO of Tools & Outdoor and interim CHRO at Stanley Black & Decker, focused on accelerating revenue growth through talent identification, recruitment, retention and development.  

Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Deborah held positions at several global companies spanning multiple sectors, including industrial, healthcare and professional services, where she’s led the strategies and executions of business unit restructurings, driven growth and innovation through internal capability analysis and developed HR strategies, programs policies and services.  

Deborah holds a master’s degree in organizational development from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in occupational safety engineering from Indiana State University.
