166 organizations. Nearly $4 million in grants. Supporting 150,000 people in their trades journeys.

The Grow the Trades Grant program is part of DEWALT's $30 million commitment by 2027 to close the skilled trades gap. Through this grant, DEWALT supports organizations that provide greater accessibility and resources for trades training.

In 2024, DEWALT awarded nearly $4 million in grants to 166 organizations in the United States and Canada focused on skilling, reskilling and upskilling tradespeople. This year’s Grow the Trade Grant recipients were selected via a competitive application process based on their trades-focused initiatives, providing certifications and credentials to skill tradespeople.

The selected organizations support 150,000 people in their trades journey through high school, trade school and apprenticeships.
